How CultivIQ Ltd uses information from website enquiries and professional contacts.
Who we are. CultivIQ Ltd, 11 Laburnum Avenue, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear, NE26 2HX, is the data controller for the personal information described here. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration ZB966117).
Enquiries. When you contact us through the form or directly by email, we receive the name, email address, organisation, role and message you choose to include. We use them to reply and continue the conversation. Our lawful basis for this use is legitimate interests: responding to your request.
Professional contacts and outreach. We may collect a person’s name, work role, organisation and work contact details from their employer’s website, a professional profile such as LinkedIn, or another publicly available professional source. Where the electronic-marketing rules permit it, we may use those details to send a relevant, limited message about CultivIQ’s work to someone in a professional role. We assess whether legitimate interests is an appropriate lawful basis for that use, considering the person’s reasonable expectations and rights. The first message will identify the source of the details and link to this notice. You can ask us to stop marketing to you at any time by replying or emailing raza@cultiviq.com; we will stop and keep only the details needed to honour your request.
Where it is kept. Our website host processes form submissions to deliver them to our mailbox and may hold a hashed connection identifier to limit automated submissions. Enquiries and professional correspondence are stored in our Google Workspace account, with Google acting as our data processor. We do not sell your details or give them to others for their marketing.
How long we keep it. Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case it forms part of our business records. If you object to marketing, we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again for that purpose.
Cookies. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing raza@cultiviq.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
